In September 2003, with direct support from the U.S. Government and
Tbilisi State University, KVALI opened the Education Advising Center
(EAC) in Tbilisi. This 3,600 square ft. center caters to the needs
of all students in Georgia who are interested in pursuing their
education in U.S. Universities. Additionally it serves as a major
hosting facility for visiting scholars, students and educators by
providing them with temporary working space, free high speed Internet

ISAC - International Student Advising Center of the "Open
Society - Georgia Foundation" is the part of the network of
Educational Advising Centers with U.S. Department of State's Bureau
of Educational and Cultural Affairs and strives to provide current,
accurate, comprehensive and unbiased information on educational
opportunities in the United States of America.
ISAC also provides information about SOROS sponsored scholarships,
different short and long-term programs and various summer schools
