Awards grants to U.S. experts (academics and distinguished professionals) to consult with colleagues at foreign educational or other institutions. Academic or speakers specialists spend from two weeks to six weeks abroad, conducting seminars and workshops in a variety of fields, from American Studies to media development, domestic and international adoption and national security issues. |
