High School Students learn more about America at the Embassy (June 15)

16 Participant of the Tbilisi Central Library Project “Learn More about America” and the Deputy director of the Library visited the Embassy. The project “Learn more about America” was organized by the Tbilisi Central Library and was dedicated to the 20th Anniversary of the US-Georgia relations. Embassy supported the project by providing material and recruiting speakers from the Embassy. Project was concluded by the students visiting the Embassy.

Michael Turner, PAO greet the high school students at the ACIR. He spoke about the Embassy mission and US-Georgia relations. Amy Diaz, Pol/Econ Officer delivered the presentation on the History of American Women .
After the presentation students visited Marine detachment. Marines talked to them about their service, showed the video and offered small tests.
In the end of the visit students took photo with the MSG Lan.
