U.S. Ambassador Richard Norland, along with Vice Admiral of the U.S. Coast Guard Peter Neffenger, visited the Georgian Coast Guard base in Poti. They visited with various members of the Georgian Coast Guard, toured the facilities and even had an opportunity to board a recently renovated boat.
