Richard Holbrooke visit to Georgia

The U.S. Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan, Ambassador Richard Holbrooke, visited Georgia on February 21-22. He met with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili and visited Krtsanisi National Training Center (KNTC) to observe Georgian troops training for the ISAF operation in Afghanistan.   Ambassador Holbrooke praised Georgia's commitment to Afghanistan and the decision to send another battalion of troops that will play a vital role in the effort to combat terrorism around the world.
