Rustavi 2 TV show business courier featuring U.S. government educational-exchange programs
On March 3, Rustavi 2 TV show “Business Courier” hosted U.S. Embassy Cultural Affairs Assistant, Magda Magradze, to speak about U.S. Government educational-exchange programs and study opportunities in the U.S. The anchor of “Business Courier,” Akaki Gogichaishvili, is alumnus of the Muskie Graduate Program. Business Courier is one of the most popular business news programs in Georgia. It is broadcasted nationwide. Following the TV program, Rustavi 2 and the U.S. Embassy received large number of phone calls from individuals inquiring about the U.S. Embassy exchange programs. In addition to exchange programs, Ms. Magradze also spoke about the U.S. Embassy-funded educational advising centers where citizens of Georgia can obtain information about scholarships offered by U.S. universities and other educational opportunities in the U.S.
