Nicole Gagnon Speaks About The Importance Of Market Research To MBA Students At Caucasus School Of Business

Nicole Gagnon, Director of Customer Insight at Thomson Tax and Accounting, an international leader in providing products and services to tax professionals, spoke to MBA students at Caucuses School of Business on May 15. During her presentation, Ms. Gagnon spoke about the importance of market research in helping corporations develop and market innovative products and services. She also talked about the specific research techniques Thomson uses to understand how its products and services are used by its current customers and could be used by potential new customers. Ms. Gagnon, a friend of Political Officer Deborah Miller, volunteered to speak at the Caucasus School of Business while touring Georgia.
