Another American Business Opens Branch in Tbilisi, Georgia

In the midst of a “dynamic economic climate” and a “great political climate,” PX Post opened the doors of its Tbilisi branch. United States Ambassador John Tefft, PX Post Director Michael Brockert and the employees of PX Post cut the ribbon at the opening event on Friday, March 24, 2007. Alexandra Aliyeva, director of PX Post’s Baku branch, thanked the American Chamber of Commerce and the “friendly” business community in Tbilisi for the successes that PX Post has enjoyed in Georgia already. Ambassador Tefft welcomed PX Post to Tbilisi and congratulated the employees on the opening. Located on 19 Yashvili Drive in central Tbilisi, PX Post provides mail courier services between the Caucasus region and the United States.

The United States supports commercial development in Georgia and encourages US businesses to consider the Caucasus region in their growth plans.
