Fulbright Scholar Pam Cardwell Discusses Blues In America In Honor Of Black History Month

On February 15, 2007, Dr. Pamela Cardwell, U.S. Fulbright Scholar and Adjunct Professor of Design at Drexel University College of Media Arts and Design, gave a film show and presentation on “Blues in America:  B.B. King at St. Nick’s.”  Dr. Cardwell is in Georgia for one semester teaching arts and design at the International Black Sea University, Tbilisi State Fine Arts Academy, and Tbilisi State University of Theatre and Film. This presentation was hosted by the Georgian Association for American Studies. 

The presentation was held at the American Studies Center at Tbilisi State University and was attended by approximately 30 students and professors of American Studies from a number of different universities.
