After hours emergencies include urgent situations regarding the safety and welfare of U.S. citizens.  This includes: Crime Victims, Arrest, Death, Child Abduction, Life Threatening Illness or Medical Conditions, Lost/Stolen U.S. Passport, or other safety and welfare issues of a U.S. citizen.

To obtain information about the emergency services our office is able to provide, for example death of a U.S. citizen, medical emergencies, arrests, welfare and whereabouts inquiries, and child abduction cases, please visit the special consular services page.
