For after-hours and holiday emergencies, please dial the number below and ask to speak to the duty officer: After hours emergencies include urgent situations regarding the safety and welfare of U.S. citizens. This includes: Crime Victims, Arrest, Death, Child Abduction, Life Threatening Illness or Medical Conditions, Lost/Stolen U.S. Passport, or other safety and welfare issues of a U.S. citizen.
